Terms
TikiTracker is in early public beta, run by Enigma Factory Games as a personal project. By signing in, creating a bar, or claiming an invite, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
What this is (and is not)
- For adults of legal drinking age where they live.
- Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of The Walt Disney Company, Trader Sam's, any venue, or any brand named in the app. Names are used as ordinary references.
- Recipes are for reference. Library recipes come from the sources credited on each one; community recreations are labelled as such and are not official recipes.
- Venue details can be out of date. Check with a bar before you travel.
- Not a guaranteed product. Features and data shapes may change. There is no uptime or backup promise.
Accounts and bars
You need a Google account to sign in. Whoever creates a bar, or is made an Editor, is responsible for its members and content. We may pause new bars at any time; invite links keep working. An Editor can delete the bar from the Family page, which is how to leave with your data actually gone.
Your content
You keep your rights in what you add: notes, ratings, recipes, and photos. You grant us a limited license to store it and show it to members of your bar so the app works. Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not use TikiTracker for illegal material or to harass anyone; we may suspend a bar that harms the service or other people.
Free, with an optional tip
TikiTracker is free. The tip link is voluntary and does not buy features or support guarantees. If a paid option ever exists, it will be described before you are asked to pay.
Credits for library content
- Classic recipes: TheCocktailDB, credited on each recipe.
- Disney menu entries list names and ingredients from Disney's public menus, without invented quantities, and are not official recipes.
- Drink, ingredient, and venue summaries: Wikipedia, under CC BY-SA 4.0, linked from each summary. Facts from Wikidata (CC0).
- Photos: openly licensed images from Wikimedia Commons and Flickr, each shown with its photographer, license, and source.
- Venue listings: names and locations with thanks to mytiki.life. Their photos and writeups are not copied.
- Maps and city locations: © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL).
No warranty
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a purpose. To the extent the law allows, Enigma Factory Games is not liable for lost data or consequential damages. If a court requires a cap, it is the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.
Law
United States law governs these terms. If a section cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
